We’ve been working hard lately, so I’ve got a collection of pictures to show you of our progress.
We started by moving in all the inventory that had been filling up our house.
It was really great to have enough space to spread out and organize each system of games.
Then our IKEA furniture arrived, and we spent most of a week assembling tables, chairs, and entertainment units.
While this was happening, our contractor, Chris Bjur of Bjur & Sons, started building our front counter. We’re really excited about this! The drawers here should be able to hold a majority of our inventory!
Once everything was assembled, we started putting our stations together. This was a little chaotic at first, since in order to put something where it should go, we had to first move all the things that were currently in that spot.
Finally we got to the point of unboxing TVs and consoles! The fun part!
And just for fun, here’s a shot of some of the mountain of recycling and trash we’re removing in the process.
We truly cannot wait to have you all in to visit us, starting next week May 1st 2-10pm!
