#NotAGamer here! I was browsing through the blog and couldn’t believe we hadn’t recommended this game yet!
I love to suggest this game for groups that come in, especially for casual gamers, or the ones like me who say, “I don’t really play games.”
Basically it takes the old saying, “Too many cooks in the kitchen,” and makes it reality. Up to four players run around the virtual kitchen preparing meals for a restaurant. Sometimes you’re running a food truck that is driving down the road while you cook, sometimes customers walk through the kitchen, sometimes there are inexplicable conveyor belts. Sometimes things catch on fire. Always there is shouting and laughing.
The controls are simple enough to pick up quickly and the levels build on each other at a nice easy pace. It is also a great game for slightly larger groups to rotate players in and out. We have had up to 8 people taking turns on this game, with the ones who are currently spectating shouting suggestions to the players.
