COVID-19 Policies
This supplement will go over the “new normal” guidelines and policies for Replay Games in regards to COVID-19.
- If you are not feeling well, please stay home.
- Masks are not required, but strongly recommended. If you would like us to wear a mask when speaking to you, please let us know.
- If you look unwell, show symptoms of excessive coughing, sniffling, or sneezing, you may be asked to leave.
- Social distancing individual groups, you can still play with your friends, and we’ll do our best to distance you from another individual or group.
- System limits. We are required to move the chair cushions with you when you switch games. Please let us know when you would like to switch to a system, and allow us to move your chair cushion to the new location. Because of this, it may take longer to switch to a new system.
- Call ahead scheduling / online reservation priority. Individuals who use our online system for reserving time slots will be given priority over walk-ins. We want to encourage the use of our online system to help control and maintain capacity. This is crucial for Friday and Saturdays.
Santizing Policies
- All controllers will be disinfected between each use using isopropyl alcohol.
- Chair cushions are sanitized daily, and will be washed weekly.
- Surfaces wiped down daily, high touch areas will receive greater frequency of cleaning.
- All snacks and drinks are pre-packaged, but styrofoam cups are available.
- Retail purchases (ex. used games) will be cleaned before transaction is completed
