$60 / 4 hours of use Monday-Friday
$60 / 2 hours of use Saturday & Sunday
Add-ons:
You are welcome to play games from our library for an additional flat-rate cost of $30.
Terms:
Parties and events do receive priority over booking the conference room. As such, you can’t book more than one week in advance for just conference room use. You are welcome to play your own games, our expected use is for D&D or other similar style games. You are responsible for keeping the space clean when you are done. If the space is not clean when your use is over, a $35 cleaning fee will be added to your bill.
Food & Drink:
We now have a freezer! Outside food, drink, and decorations can be brought it in on a pre-approved basis. We have four 8 foot long tables and 32 folding chairs seated around them.

We have a deal with locally-owned Deeks Pizza:
Each deal requires 5 pizzas minimum:
Large 1-Topping: $70 / $14 for each additional
Specialty Large or 1-Topping XXL: $90 / $18 for each additional
XXL Specialty Pizza: $120 / $24 for each additional
