-Knowing that 2D platformers were well used on the SNES, there were thoughts of making Turok a 3rd Person game similar to Super Mario 64.
-Even though there is a lot of violence and blood in Turok, Nintendo never asked to see or approve the game’s content.
-Turok was listed at $79.99 in the US and $129.95 in Australia
-Acclaim Entertainment would have filed bankruptcy had Turok not saved them, however, that did not stop them from doing so in 2004.
